Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in education, with a focus on early childhood development or a college graduate of any 4-year course related to the field.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
- Good command in English and Filipino language (Oral/Written)
- Computer Literate; conversant in the use of technology
- Organized, flexible disposition and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Good moral character and with pleasing personality
- Preferably with teaching experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.
- Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem.
- Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and
- storytelling.
- Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
- Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
- Monitoring free time on the playground.
- Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
- Communicating with parents to better understand the children's home lives and psyches.
- Writing up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.
- Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
- Documenting and reporting on students; progress including attendance.
- Attending meetings with parents and staff.
- Generate reports and any related documents requested by the superior.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
