Southwestern University PHINMA is currently looking for a new Filipino Teacher for the Senior High School department!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Filipino, Research, Education, or a related field
- Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher (LET passer)
- Preferably with experience in teaching Research
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle parallel classes with SHS students while implementing an independent and active learning.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Capable of multitasking effectively while maintaining subject matter expertise.
- Committed to lifelong learning and professional development.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge across key areas of Filipino and/or Research.
- Approaches teaching with adaptability, patience, and a student-centered mindset.
- Empathetic, a good listener, and maintains professional discipline in and out of the classroom.
