At Kidoo Pediatric Therapy Center, our Assistant Teachers play a vital role in supporting children and lead instructors in therapy-based educational sessions. We’re looking for energetic, nurturing, and reliable individuals who love working with kids and are eager to learn and grow in a developmental setting.
What You'll Do
- Assist SPED teachers in lesson delivery and behavior management
- Support children during structured learning activities and transitions
- Prepare and organize learning materials and sensory tools
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the learning environment
- Assist in documentation and progress monitoring
- Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions when needed
- Participate in trainings and team discussions
- Serve as a positive role model for children
- Handles Play School
Requirements
- Graduate or college-level in Education, Psychology, or related fields (or currently pursuing), currently pursuing Special Education
- Board Exam Passer
- Experience with children or in a school/therapy setting is a plus
- Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
