As a Maintenance Technician you are in charge of the service and maintenance repair work and ensure the integrity and maintenance of elevator equipment and systems. Additionally, you are responsible for performing complex troubleshooting of an electrical and mechanical nature, call backs and repair tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational degree
- Background in elevator industry is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Adept in Electrical and Mechanical principles as they apply to rack and pinion elevators and similar controls.
- Minimum 3 years’ practical experience
- Able to identify stages of construction when possible violations and defects may most easily be observed and corrected
- Must be proficient and able to explain and demonstrate proper procedures to clients
- Ability to troubleshooting down to component level and make necessary adjustments and repairs to all elevator equipment.
- Ability to maintain understanding of current elevator codes and local Jurisdiction codes, trends, policies, procedures and techniques of the elevator trade.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to deal courteously with customers, coworkers, contractors, and the general public.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, technical staff, and other employees

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
