Product Specialists are responsible in the promotion and training of PCC BD MMS. Expands relationship with existing customers by supporting collaborative sales effort to increase growth on existing product lines.
Area of Coverage: Visayas & Mindanao

Sales & Marketing
1. Achieves product growth targets in assigned product line and districts
2. Identifies and promotes new and existing product to target key accounts
3. Responsible in for new account development in hospitals, clinics and laboratories.
4. Conceptualize and lead product demand generating activities and promotions for assigned product line
5. Conducts product demonstration and training to end-users
6. Coordinates and relay information to the Technical Support team for system concerns of end-users.
7. Communicates with principals, sales managers and sales personnel on customer concerns and issues.
8. Plan, conceptualize and prepare promos for marketing of PCC medical products and services.
9. Cascades and monitor program implementation of principal guided targets and activities
Administrative
1. Submits weekly and monthly sales status report to Regional Sales Manager
2. Updates monthly census of sales force data
3. Attends and participates in conventions and seminars of end-users and principals
4. Prepares monthly sales forecast for product line assigned
5. Coordinates with principals any concerns and issues of end-user regarding products and services
6. Participates in business reviews with principals and coordination meetings with Sales Team and other Department Heads
Accountabilities & Performance Measures
1. Conducts professional education activities to end-users
2. Conducts product training to analog and digital imaging system end-users
3. Achieve assigned sales quota
4. Maintain high customer satisfaction that meets Company standards
5. Provides coaching and product development to sales representative to further enhance product knowledge and credibility
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors in Nursing (Licensed is an advantage)
2. Medical Sales Experience is an advantage.
3. Has experience in Product Presentations
4. Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office Applications.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written)
6. Goal-driven, high energy self-starters with strong time management and planning skills
7. Ability to work independently and must have the ability to persuade and influence others
