Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.
- Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for production scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff.
- Enforce compliance with FSMS, ISO 22000:2018, health, and safety policies.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in production management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
