Qualifications:
- A graduate of any business-related course. Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the same capacity.
- Good understanding of production planning and inventory cycle with exposure to FIFO.
- Experience in proper documentation.
- Sound knowledge in Enterprise Materials Planning (EMP) or any related software.
- Strong regard of product/material quality and safety standards.
- Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions.
- Sharp Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Keen to detail and possessed excellent organizing and planning skills.
- Can communicate well across all levels in the organization.
- Willing to be assigned at Sitio Tawagan, Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu.

- Developing production schedules
- Monitoring production processes
- Determining equipment requirements
- Monitoring material supplies
- Organizing production and inventory paperwork
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Preparing performance reports
