Job Description:
- Conduct daily meeting in unit
- make plans to meet target and objectives of the unit
- monitor daily activities of personnel
- conduct and implement improvement in the unit
- prepares Operational Method Sheet (OMS)
- Updates and informs superior regarding problem during operations
- monitor cleanliness and safety during operations
- conduct training of new employees
- trains personnel
- performs other duties and responsibilities relevant to his/he function.
- attend meetings, trainings and other assemblies
- comply with different standards in Manufacturing such as 8S and safety policies
- attend to all instructions by his/her superior
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of Industrial Engineer
- with 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
- with good communication skills
- honest and with integrity
- confident
- with decision-making ability
