As Tinting / AR or Multi Coat / Cut and Edge Production Team Leader at Apollo Lens Manufacturing Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations. Also, you need to ensure efficient workflow in our manufacturing facility located in Naic, Cavite. This full-time position is a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and productivity.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the work of production operators to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitoring production processes and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Providing technical guidance and support to production operators
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures
- Collecting and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Promoting a safe and organized work environment
- Providing regular progress reports to management
What we're looking for
- Graduate or college-level education of any related technical field
- Proven experience as a production Team Leader or team leader in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Tinting / AR or Multi Coat / Cut and Edge
- Strong technical understanding of production processes and quality control practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
