We are looking for a Program and Project Management Support (Assistant Manager) to join a leading multinational firm. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, and promoting best practices in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in creating proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Analyze opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure work quality meets company standards and compliance.
- Maintain a tracker for project milestones and tasks, utilizing project management methodologies.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
- Schedule and lead interviews and meetings with teams and clients.
- Validate initial findings with process owners.
- Remain informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to seize growth opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) holder.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management planning, methods, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of program and project management principles and practices.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent business writing, report writing, presentation, and research skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to work well in teams.
