- Must be a Licensed Architect
- Must have experience in a construction set-up.
- Experience as an estimating and quantity surveyor using Planswift.
- Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
- With experience handling industrial and office fit-out project
- Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
- Experience in Schedule Management.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Mamplasan Laguna
Job Description.
- Understanding and experience in the plan review process.
- Understanding and experience in the Construction and Fit-out Project.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in architecture and construction.
- Adept understanding and experience working with Facade projects and Interior Fit-out.
- Strong experience in High-Rise renovation and commercial projects.
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor sourcing.
- Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
- Experience in exterior and interior fit-out works.
- Highly Focused on Construction over Design.
Must be willing to travel within the Technopark area, preferably with their own means of transportation.
