Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, equipment lists, daily activity reports, weekly work projections, and inventory of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Ensure the availability of all necessary resources for timely project completion.
- Resolve design and construction challenges on-site and drive value engineering initiatives.
- Provide overall supervision of field activities and lead toolbox meetings to address issues and promote collaboration among team members.
- Utilize AUTOCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office for project documentation and design tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BS Architecture).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Willing to be assigned to Anvaya Cove, Morong, Bataan
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Must have a motorcycle and laptop for mobility and work efficiency.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
