The Project-Based Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the firm’s marketing and promotional activities during a specific project duration. This includes attending conferences, industry functions, and events to represent the firm, as well as assisting in marketing campaigns that aim to increase the firm’s visibility and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the firm in conferences, trade shows, networking events, and other professional functions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote the firm’s services and expertise.
- Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis relevant to the firm’s current projects.
- Support social media and online promotion initiatives during the project period.
- Provide post-event reports, evaluations, and improvement suggestions.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned in line with project needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
- Creative, resourceful, and organized.
- Experience in events, promotions, or public relations is a plus.
