Roles:
- Monitor project plan execution, update/maintain project operation data, output monitoring reports, and take responsibility for plan completion and accuracy.
- Develop project schedule, activity breakdown structures and subcontractor resource requirement as well as allocation.
- Daily monitoring of progress, collection of progress data and escalation of issues of the activities on sites.
- Managing change orders of internal, subcontractors and clients.
- Communicating project status updates to project managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating project control systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize the preparation of the project integrated plan based on the contract and project characteristics, and monitor the implementation of the plan. Be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the plan, including the following responsibilities:
1. Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan. Integrate the three-party plans and ensure the connection and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
2. Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.
3. Routinely monitor the project progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Telecommunications, Engineering, Electronics, Management etc) and/or equivalent experience.
- With experience in IBS.
- PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years advanced experience in a wireless project management role.
- Bid planning management experience.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Microsoft Office applications (Including Microsoft Project).
Salary Information:
- The final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s previous salary. (salary is subject to change)
