Project Coordinator
Location: Purok-3 Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga 3800
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (8:00 am-5:00pm)
Project Coordinator is a pivotal member of our construction team, responsible for orchestrating coordination between various stakeholders in construction projects. This role involves liaising with suppliers, architects, engineers, and other project staff to ensure all aspects of the construction process are aligned and executed efficiently. The Coordinator provides regular updates on project progress and is a key communicator, but does not have supervisory duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, architects, and engineers to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and report any deviations.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, and schedules. Monitor and track project progress and address any issues that arise. Act as a liaison between the construction staff and management, ensuring clear communication.
- Coordinate and manage communication and action items from meetings. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
