We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of client-related commercial contracts and project deliverables. This role is crucial in ensuring that all project activities are aligned with business requirements, contractual agreements, and operational timelines. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end processing of project documentation including MSAs, Statements of Work, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and other client-related contracts.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, CSDs, and Finance to manage project assignments, onboarding, reassignments, renewals, and extensions.
- Track and monitor timelines, expirations, and execution of contracts and ensure turnaround time compliance.
- Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of project and contract documentation.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure the smooth flow of project-related documentation.
- Assist in resolving issues related to billing and accounts receivables in coordination with Billing Specialists and Cash Management teams.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Project Assistants, and Client POCs to align project execution with contractual obligations.
- Support internal audits and documentation reviews to ensure policy compliance and contract integrity.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, client support, or contract management.
- Familiarity with IT staff augmentation or service-based environments is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
