Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow of construction activities.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly project reports and updates to management.
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient implementation of tasks.
- Address and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays at the project site.
- Review and recommend solutions for technical and construction-related problems.
- Assist in budget monitoring, material requisition, and cost control measures.
- Ensure proper project documentation and as-built records for turnover.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project supervision or site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites.
