Description/information:
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple client projects using Asana and other tools
- Organize and maintain files in Adobe Cloud, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth workflow and version control
- Coordinate feedback, proofing rounds, and client communication to keep projects aligned and on schedule
- Update CRM with project milestones and proactively share status updates with internal teams
Requirements:
- US based experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a creative or marketing agency with proficiency in Asana (or similar tools), Adobe Cloud, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator across platforms and time zones
- Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
