SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(20%) Project Management and Coordination
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day production and schedule adherence.
- Ensure the project progresses timely until completion and acceptance.
(10%) Site Presence
- The Project Manager or qualified alternate must be on-site at all times during the performance of this contract.
(20%) Meeting Participation & Leadership
- Attend Red Zone meetings, partnering meetings, and quality control meetings.
- Attend the Preconstruction Meeting Conference and Post Award Kickoff (PAK) meeting.
- For Design Presentation/Development meetings, the Project Manager and Project Scheduler are key attendees.
- For Team-Led (informal) Partnering sessions, the Project Manager will co-lead the session with the Client Managers.
(20%) Schedule & Drawing Interpretation
- Capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings.
(20%) Safety Compliance
- Familiar with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 (Safety and Occupational Health) and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance.
(10%) Communication
- Capable of reading, writing, and conversing fluently in English language, must be on the jobsite at all times during the performance of Contract work.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.
- Capable of interpreting a critical path schedule.
- Capable of interpreting construction drawings.
- Familiarity with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 and experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
- Capable of reading, writing, and conversing fluently in the English language.
- Ability to co-lead partnering sessions and manage overall project execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
