About the Role
Grand Taishan Construction & Development Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, manpower, and ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- PMP/CAPM Certification / CQS/CIQC (is a plus)
- 2–3 years minimum experience in construction or project management
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
What You’ll Do
- Manage and supervise project execution on-site
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and operations teams
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide project reports and updates to management
