Position Overview:We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of client projects across digital marketing, branding, and web development. You’ll be the key point of contact for both clients and internal team members - ensuring clear communication, timely task execution, and the successful delivery of creative and marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing design and marketing deliverables such as website builds, logo development, and paid ad campaigns, while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned using tools like Monday.com, Office 365, and Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, development)
- Manage task assignments and deadlines using Monday.com, track progress, and remove roadblocks
- Coordinate and facilitate Zoom meetings with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ensure all creative and marketing deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients on status updates, feedback, and timelines
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to keep momentum and accountability across departments
- Help prioritize workstreams based on urgency, capacity, and overall business impact
- Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and recommend solutions to mitigate delays
- Document client requirements, meeting notes, and key action items in a structured and organized format
Qualifications (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency or creative/marketing environment
- Strong background managing projects in website design, logo/brand identity development, and digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to manage client expectations professionally
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), and Zoom
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with creative or ad campaign workflows
- Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and how campaign timelines impact performance
- Exposure to tools like Slack, Google Drive, Canva, or ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite)
