Lead the Future of ERP Delivery – Project Manager (SAP ERP)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for delivering large-scale SAP implementations? We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead enterprise-level ERP projects in a collaborative hybrid environment.
What You’ll Do:
As our Project Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end SAP implementation initiatives—planning, executing, and leading cross-functional teams toward seamless delivery. Using Agile and SAFe methodologies, you’ll manage stakeholder alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver enterprise impact with precision and clarity.
Key Highlights:
- Manage complex SAP rollouts including S/4HANA, ECC, and BW.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to define and achieve project goals.
- Maintain ownership of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Report progress directly to executive leadership.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of project management experience, including 2–3 years with SAP implementations.
- Strong background in Agile delivery (SAFe experience is a major plus!).
- Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and PM best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM are highly desirable.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness.
- Understanding of AEM and modern application architecture.
