Location: Quezon City (Head Office) & Rizal (Project Site) | Start Date: Immediate
Project Manager will be responsible for site supervision, progress tracking, and coordination with the client, designer, and contractor to ensure the project meets all approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with plans and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or issues
- Evaluate contractor’s accomplishments and payment claims
- Implement quality control measures and inspect all ongoing works
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and site concerns with the client and designer
- Lead regular site meetings and provide progress reports
- Manage punch list and oversee final project completion and turnover
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in housing or residential construction
- Strong leadership, construction management, and coordination skills
- Willing to work in Rizal
- Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
