• The Transformation Management Specialist/Scrum Master drives the company’s transformation agenda

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in small to medium scale implementations preferably in financial industry, with an emphasis on enterprise transformation across multiple functions or value delivery by customer segment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program and/or project management with a successful project management track record in full life cycle implementation projects, with proven record of execution to time and budget.
• Knowledge and understanding of program management tools
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• PMP preferred but not required.
• CSPO, CSM experience preferred but not required
• B.S, BA or equivalent

• Contributes in the creation of Transformation Vision, Mission and, Strategy.

• Co-Stewards the company’s Transformation Journey and Program.

• Manages (together with the Manager, Transformation Management) the execution, benefits, and risks of small to medium Transformation Programs.

• Drives collaboration and influences cross-functional business and delivery teams to drive the Transformation agenda and ensures that the desired results (execution certainty) of small to medium Transformation Programs are met.

• Accountable for the Transformation outcomes of small to medium programs/projects managed from topline to bottom line including business results up to desired client experience.

• Provides capabilities and tools to effectively deliver the small to medium programs (i.e. change management, communication plan, talents required).

• Provides expertise with regards to business transformation trends (i.e. programs, platforms, processes, people, and partnerships).

• The role reports to the Manager, Transformation Management.
