- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in small to medium scale implementations preferably in financial industry, with an emphasis on enterprise transformation across multiple functions or value delivery by customer segment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program and/or project management with a successful project management track record in full life cycle implementation projects, with proven record of execution to time and budget.
- Knowledge and understanding of program management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- PMP preferred but not required.
- CSPO, CSM experience preferred but not required
- B.S, BA or equivalent

Contributes in the creation of Transformation Vision, Mission and, Strategy.
Co-Stewards the company’s Transformation Journey and Program.
Manages (together with the Manager, Transformation Management) the execution, benefits, and risks of small to medium Transformation Programs.
Drives collaboration and influences cross-functional business and delivery teams to drive the Transformation agenda and ensures that the desired results (execution certainty) of small to medium Transformation Programs are met.
Accountable for the Transformation outcomes of small to medium programs/projects managed from topline to bottom line including business results up to desired client experience.
Provides capabilities and tools to effectively deliver the small to medium programs (i.e. change management, communication plan, talents required).
Provides expertise with regards to business transformation trends (i.e. programs, platforms, processes, people, and partnerships).
The role reports to the Manager, Transformation Management.
