Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Scrum Master to lead critical enterprise-level infrastructure and end-user computing projects. This role will be instrumental in driving Agile delivery for initiatives focused on client-server transformation, mobile device management (MDM), virtualization, Active Directory, and enterprise cloud integration.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders, to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT services across a large enterprise environment, particularly in support of retail technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:Agile Leadership & Facilitation
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple infrastructure-focused Agile teams.
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Champion Agile principles, remove blockers, and drive team accountability and continuous delivery.
- Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and feedback.
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, roadmap, epics, stories, and success metrics.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure aligned, on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and proactively mitigate issues.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards showcasing project KPIs, milestones, and blockers.
- Translate technical risks and impacts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Service Transition & Documentation
- Facilitate operational handover and ensure all project artifacts, knowledge base articles, and support documentation are complete.
- Ensure infrastructure services meet defined SLA, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of IT Project Management experience, including at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects and rollouts.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Strong background in leading technology programs in client-server, mobility, and cloud-first environments.
- Experience working in large, distributed enterprise or retail IT environments is a significant plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or Scrum Professional (CSP)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation certification
