Property Management Advisor

Requirement.

a. Must have sales experience

b. Must have an active Realtor License in the state of UTAH.

c. Must have computer literaly.

d. Knowledge in CRM is an advatage.

Scope of Agreement.

a. The Brokerage agrees to ensure that its affiliated licensed agents perform scheduled appointments in accordance with the Manager’s scripts, structure, and outlined procedures.

b. The Brokerage agrees to schedule and conduct property owner consultations following the Manager’s structure and procedures.

c. The Brokerage agrees to promote Wasatch Leasing & Property Management services, including presenting the Manager’s Property Management Agreement, to property owners to the best of its ability.

d. The Manager agrees to pay the Brokerage a commission as outlined in this Agreement for qualifying referrals that result in executed Property Management Agreements.

Commission Rate

a. The Brokerage shall be paid a one-time commission for all new Property Management and Tenant Placement Agreement contracts fully executed with Wasatch Leasing & Management that are generated as a result of the Agent. This commission will be earned only when the appointment and consultation are completed as directed by the Manager and relevant notes are added to the company’s approved CRM.

b. The commission will be due and payable upon the full execution and signing of the Property Management or Tenant Placement Agreement.

c. The commission shall be $500.00 per fully executed Property Management or Tenant Placement Agreement that the Brokerage can claim procuring cause of, including but not limited to single family, multi family, and commercial.

d. The Brokerage shall be responsible for disbursing any commission to its affiliated agents, if applicable. The Manager has no responsibility or obligation to any individual agent, and all commission payments shall be made solely to the Brokerage.

e. The Brokerage and its agents is an independent contractor and not an employee, as such, the Agent shall be responsible for any taxes or deductions due on the commission earned.
