Qualifications:
- Willing to work in Cebu City (Ultima Residences).
- Preferably someone who is a graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Course.
- With minimum of four (4) years in the same capacity as Property Manager.
- With more than four (4) years in Property Management and operations.
- Experienced in handling tenant relations.
- Coordinate schedules of appointment and meeting with the board or client.
- Constantly prepares and creates report and analysis to be presented and forwarded to immediate superior.
- Minimum of four (4) years in handling Accounting Staff, Technical Staff, Customer services and housekeeping and Security.
- With knowledge in the technical side and building equipment of a Residential Village/Subdivision.
- With knowledge in handling financial statements and billings in a residential property.
- With sense of urgency
- With PCO Certification is a must
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
