QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- With excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, developers, agencies, public officials and the general public.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Willing to relocate or be assigned in the following location:
- Boracay, Aklan
- Laurel, Batangas
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all property management functions and activities for the property owners.
- Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all developments at the site.
- Inform respective departments on property management requirements of the site.
- Responsible for all facets of operations of the property to which he/she is assigned.
- Responsible in the supervision of all service providers engaged for the assigned project.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
