Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 1 year experience in Purchasing or planning is a plus
✨Willing to work onsite in Technopark, Binan Laguna

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Support the planning and administration of the purchasing strategy of the company
✨ Provide supervision and guidance to junior clerks and purchasing staff
✨ Review and handle purchase orders and requisitions quickly and accurately
✨ Evaluate suppliers' performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships
✨ Assist to identify cost-cutting measures and negotiate terms and prices with
suppliers.
✨ Create inventory every month
✨ Monitor inventory levels and work together with warehouse staff.
✨ Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely updates to systems
✨Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inconsistencies and delays
✨ Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and alternatives.
✨ Check compliance with regulations
✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
