Purchasing Manager- Fashion/
- Develops an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders of apparel items
- Studies trends in consumer demand and looking for ways to ensure that their products are in demand by consumers.
- Delivers a weekly purchase order report to supervisors that indicates the invoice number for all closed orders
- Works within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products
- Assists the Supply Chain Head Inventory Control Manager with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis
- Ensures that all supplier information is kept up to date and accurate, and also ensures that all documentation needed by suppliers, such as invoices and purchase orders are up-to-date.
- Monitors the order cycle with suppliers and ensure that delivery is done in accordance with contract specifications.
- At least two (2) to five (5) years retail background in buying apparel or fashion items
- Preferably College graduate but undergraduates are welcome with intensive work experience in buying
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
