- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to meet procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports and present cost analyses and supplier performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Odoo).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, logistics, or any related field
- Experience and knowledge in Warehouse Management and standards
- Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
- Being able to collaborate within the Head of Department to achieve common goal
