Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, tools, and equipment for construction and manufacturing projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company purchasing policies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet material requirements and deadlines.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- 1 year experience
- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry and with ISO compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
- Knowledge of materials and equipment commonly used in construction projects.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
