Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The QA Associate is responsible for upholding the quality standards of the Channel Management department. The core function of this role is to interpret and comply with quality assurance standards, perform routine inspections and quality checks, and ensure all standard operating procedures are strictly followed and maintained. This position works closely with Channel Operators to maintain the client's store across all platforms, ensuring product listings and campaigns meet required specifications prior to enrollment. A key duty is to report any discovered inaccuracies to the appropriate stakeholder for rectification and to ensure all quality assurance activities are properly documented.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure Channel Operators follow all SOPs for product listing and campaign enrollment.
Inspect all Product Information Files (PIFs) thoroughly to ensure all mandatory data is provided and perform PIF QA in a timely manner.
Perform quality assurance on campaign templates and marketplaces, aiming for little to no errors in every campaign.
Conduct daily checks of marketplaces to ensure product details are correct.
Work closely with Channel Operators to ensure campaigns are accurately enrolled and that PIF templates are correctly filled out.
Understand, investigate, and solve complaints, particularly when multiple departments are involved.
Participate in developing new standards for the Channel Management team.
Work with the QA team to refine QA processes, share knowledge, and plan release testing and rollouts.
Monitor the performance of Channel Operators.
Provide support in brainstorming, planning, testing, and execution for the continuous improvement of QA processes.
Assist in other functional areas of the project, including training, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or above; an Industrial Engineering graduate is preferred.
Minimum of 0-1 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
White or Yellow Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma is good to have.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and speech.
Proficiency in English and Filipino.
The role is a Hybrid work setup and a project-based position.
