POSITION TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY:
Quality Assurance Officer ensures that employee practices are in compliance with the healthy and safety requirements; that processes are in accordance with the procedural manuals; and that products conforms the required specifications. Primarily, the QA Officer looks at the products, materials, systems, processes, and practices to ensure there are no defects or deviations from the set standards. He/She also sets product quality and process standards and performs product research and development functions.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/Biology
- At least 3 years work experience as Quality Assurance in food manufacturing industry
- At least 1 year experience as supervisor
- Certifications in Food Safety, GMP, SSOP
- With leadership skills, technical skills in food safety handling and baking science
- Physically fit
- Objective in the performance of task
