Quality Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Quality & Compliance Manager with extensive knowledge of ISO and FSSC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and manpower of the Quality & Compliance Department to ensure efficient workforce management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety, HACCP, and FSSC standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO, FSSC, GMP-SSOP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage internal and external audits, including planning, execution, and addressing non-conformities.
• Supervise product testing, incoming material inspections, and final product quality assurance.
• Analyze quality data and customer complaints; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CARs).
• Communicate and enforce quality standards across departments, including R&D and Production.
• Review and approve technical documents such as structural layouts and die cards.
• Train and mentor QA/QC personnel and conduct company-wide quality and compliance training.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and initiating enhancements.
• Ensure proper documentation, calibration of QC equipment, and traceability in all quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related technical/business course.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Quality and Compliance Manager in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO, FSSC, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in computer applications.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
