1. Possesses complete knowledge and understanding of the company system.
2. Ability to work and follow company SOP.
3. Inspects and documents daily received items of branch.
4. Inspect and physically documents daily delivery of items to avoid delayed transactions and to detect lost packages.
5. Inspects transactions to determine if branches violated J&T Express SOP.
6. Checks and investigates cases regularly.
7. Coordinates with Customer Service with regard to their concerns and provide complete and accurate information based on J&T SOP.
8. Propose recommendations for enhancement of company SOP.
9. Monitors regional/area QC performance and daily report.
10. Communicates with all the QCs from different regions.
11. Analyst data and provide improvement plan.
12. Manage, improve and help with pushing the team work.
13. Communicate with other teams to solve problems.
14. Develop and implement action plans to drive improvements and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
15. Manage, support, and motivate team members to work collaboratively and achieve common goals.
16. Lead or participate in cross-functional task forces to address strategic challenges and improve service delivery.
17. Review and evaluate individual and team performance regularly.
18. Provide management with timely reports and recommendations for operational enhancements.
