- BS Civil Engineering relevant to construction
- A Professional License is an advantage but not required
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and processes
- Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration
- Measure and quantify materials and work required for a project based on construction and drawings and specifications
- Familiar with the local suppliers
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in this position
- Open for fresh Graduate
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willing to be assigned in Tondo, Manila
