Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office and facility management. The role covers general office administration, company assets, utilities, procurement of office supplies, hotel & transportation booking and employee services.
Key Resposibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support HR and Finance departments in logistics and employee-related services (transportation, accommodations, uniforms, etc.)
- Provides courteus and responsive service to employees and guests.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet the tight deadlines.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned to support company operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in general affairs, office administration, or facility management (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently.
