- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proficient in using job portals and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience in technical or specialized hiring is an advantage
- HR-related certifications are a plus
