Job Description
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants
- Draft compelling job postings and manage the applicant tracking system
- Help coordinate onboarding for new employees
- Research recruitment best practices and current market trends
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Office Administration, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
