Job Scope:
This job directly reports to the Senior HR Manager and manages and leads the recruitment process and the overall utilization of recruiters.
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for understanding the current trend and demands of business, analyzing the relevant information/data evaluating short-term, medium, and long-term talent acquisition requirements, and ensuring the needed plans, programs, and resources are present to meet the hiring requirements of the Company and develop marketing strategies to support recruitment initiatives in sourcing of applicants to increase applicants pool and build hiring capacity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and with at least 2 years Managerial role in Talent Acquisition, in retail industry or similar functions
- Willing to work in Tipolo, Mandaue City
