QUALIFICATIONS:
-With at least 1 year of experience in Manpower Industry.
-Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource Course.
-Computer literate (MS Office)
-With good communication skills
-With knowledge in End to end recruitment process
-With experience in sourcing and pooling (Job fairs, Posting in FB & Indeed, flyering activities)
-Adept in managing the whole recruitment process, training and employee engagement.
-Reliable knowledge of behavior-based structured interviewing and profiling.
-With motorcycle is an advantage
-Area of Deployment: Brgy. Poblacion, San Pedro, Laguna
