Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build detailed job descriptions
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire)
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
