Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment standards is an advantage.
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Staff is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet client requirements. This role involves coordinating with clients, maintaining applicant records, and ensuring that recruitment processes comply with agency and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source applicants through online platforms, job fairs, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and skills assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or employers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking databases.
- Prepare and process documentation for shortlisted candidates.
- Communicate job openings and qualifications clearly to applicants.
- Provide assistance in organizing job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and government regulations (e.g., POEA rules for overseas hiring if applicable).
- Follow up with candidates and clients regarding hiring status and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with schools, training centers, and other sourcing partners.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
