General Responsibilities:
- Spearheads the Recruitment team on a day-to-day basis of all TA related activities
- Ensures completion of manpower request within the given lead time (end-to-end process)
- Coaching/mentoring the team on a strategic sourcing and recruiting effectiveness
- Maintains coordination and establishes rapport to the Hiring Managers for their special requirements to ensure we provide qualified manpower needs to their respective departments especially for Managers up positions.
- Facilitates best practices of recruitment process by following company’s set rules on hiring
- Maintains smooth process flow on the pre-on boarding side for better transition with involve Units.
- Regular meetings with the staffs for team collaboration, calibration and team alignment
- Consolidates report on a daily and monthly basis
- Assists incoming employees from pre-employment up to deployment phase
- Performs other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR operations
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Full-time position available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
