Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the benefits of solar energy and encouraging them to make the switch.
- Schedule consultations with our solar experts, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective communication and persuasion.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.

- $100 USD commission per completed installation — with agents typically closing 5–10 installations monthly.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- A competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Remote-ready setup: A reliable computer, quality headset, and stable internet connection are required.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
