About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Outbound MQL Rep to join our outbound team and help bring our AI-powered solutions to more small businesses across the U.S. You’ll engage with decision-makers through outbound cold calling—no hard selling or closing required. Your primary goal will be to generate interest and book qualified demo meetings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Call U.S.-based small to mid-sized businesses from a curated ICP list (via Apollo)
- Drive interest in our offerings and schedule 2–4 qualified demo meetings per day
- Present exclusive offers to General Managers or Marketing Leaders in industries such as auto dealerships, eCommerce, and local services
- Manage contact activity and data using Apollo
- Operate independently, using our script as a foundation but adjusting as needed for success
What You Bring
- Proven experience in MQL generation or outbound B2B cold-calling, preferably targeting U.S. businesses
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
- Strong English communication skills and familiarity with U.S. business culture
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools like Apollo
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience prospecting or selling in eCommerce or digital services
- Track record of booking meetings for digital tools or marketing agencies
