Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and goal-driven Appointment Setter to support our team by collecting client information and scheduling qualified appointments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to build rapport, gather key details, and secure scheduled meetings with potential clients.
This role is critical in ensuring our pipeline remains full and active. You will act as the first point of contact, providing a professional and engaging experience for every lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to collect information and schedule appointments
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure readiness
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM with accuracy
- Coordinate closely with the team to ensure smooth handoff and calendar scheduling
- Maintain call volume and appointment-setting KPIs
- Customize scripts and outreach to fit different lead personas and industries
- Handle initial objections and provide basic information about products/services
- Ensure a positive experience with every interaction to build trust and engagement
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of appointment setting or Customer Service Experience.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding appointment quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with US-based clients across different industries
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional, persuasive, and confident on the phone
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City
- Amenable to working US business hours (night shift)

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
