Responsibilities
Client Task List:
- Provide a backup and support to the Reports Analyst who manages and produces a list of existing reports
- Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager on claims management including transfer of documentation between systems (CW1 and M-Files)
- Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager during the implementation of Resolver
- Provide ongoing support for data entry and verification tasks in Resolver
- PSA registration
- ISO documentation support – drafting/update to templates, SOPs, policy etc.
- Information gathering / analysis of data
Responsibilities:
- Extract data from CW1 and produce regular reports as per the task list using Excel / Pivot Tables based on pre-defined processes
- Work under the guidance of the Business Analyst team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization techniques.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven expertise in Excel including the use of pivot tables and formulas
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written
