1. Manage and control the PTS and responsible for updating PTS upon the recommendation of different department with the approval of Technical Manager / President /CEO.
2. Provide assistance in the production trial run of the customer standards requirements based on product specification.
3. Provide assistance in the development of new and improved raw materials, and offering of new product lines.
4. Responsible for the coordination of NPD products including LSD and product specification based on customer requirements.
5. Control and verify the packaging product design and development to ensure that customer’s specified requirements are met in both quality and food packaging safety.
6. Create an external document (MSDS/ FGC, etc.) for all Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
7. Organize files and records required in his job.
8. Report the status of R&D scope during project briefing.
9. Provide updates and information of monthly summary of R&D status to the Technical Manager and Top Management.
10. Conduct inventory of R&D materials
11. Attend to any task that may be assigned from time to time
12. The sequence of daily duties and responsibilities can be interchanged as needed.

Pay: Php14,560.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
